Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Quikk for Mac, Quikk AI Keyboard for iPhone, our websites and our web services (together, the “Services”), provided by Lacio Bilişim (“Quikk”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens under it. Please provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with the Services, and for what you choose to share publicly.
AI output
AI features can produce inaccurate or unexpected results. Review output before you use it, especially for important, legal, medical or financial matters. You are responsible for how you use it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, harass or harm people, distribute malware or spam, or interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and trials
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and terms are shown before you buy. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under its terms, including renewals, cancellations and refunds. Free trials and promotional offers may change or end.
Changes to the Services
We are continuously improving Quikk, and we may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; if you keep using the Services after an update, the new terms apply.
Our rights
The Services, including the software, design and the Quikk name and logo, belong to Lacio Bilişim. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps under these terms.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quikk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
